A world of Flavors has arrived in Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Located on the first floor, The Flavors Restaurant is a unique concept of chic yet charming all day dining. Contemporary innovative setting inspired by traditional motives from intricate linear partitions to “anyaman” style paneling creates a timeless era. Guests may choose to dine in the Spice Private Room or on an elevated platform while the show kitchen featuring live cooking station provides the visual element for discerning diners. A combination of ocher and rosewood furnishings with wooden tan floorings accentuates the décor for the ultimate gastronomical experience.

Inspired by the range of spices available locally, Flavors Restaurant takes advantage of these spices to create a variety of tastes rolling out a culinary spread featuring a world of international, fusion and local flavors. Diners may choose from a wide array of weekly highlights from Express Lunches to theme dinners. Signature set menus are available with treats such as the delectable Neptune’s Catch while the a la carte menu offers an innovative collaboration of flavors.
