At La Lot, diners get to experience an array of French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine prepared by our chefs from Hue, the ancient royal capital of Vietnam.

Hue, located in Central Vietnam, is reputed to offer a refined and unique cuisine. This can be explained by its legacy of being the imperial capital where food served here is fit for emperors!
