The Emperor is a traditionally themed halal Cantonese restaurant, located on the Mezzanine Level of Sheraton Subang Hotel & Towers. Overlooking the beautifully landscaped swimming pool and marquis lawn, it caters to 180 persons with four private dining rooms.

Chef Michael Wong, who was our Executive Chinese Chef for 5 years, from 1997 to 2002, just joined back with us and now is leading the kitchen team continually inventing innovative dishes to whet your appetite. At The Emperor, one can find the restaurant signature dishes such as Butter Prawn, Baked Tiger Prawn with Mayonnaise, Fried Vermicelli with Assorted Seafood, Peking Duck and Durian Tempura. Having more thatn 20 years of experience under his belt, Chef Michael Wong never fails to satisfy the big, small and even fussy eaters.
