Online Registration Instructions

Navigate your browser to hub2u.com and click on the SIGN-UP button for this online registration form.
We know you did that because you are viewing this page.

PERNER # - Please use your issued PERNER number in this field. THIS WILL BE YOUR USERNAME.
 

Password – This can be anything that you want. It must be at least 7 characters.

Verify Password – Confirm your password here.
 

Your Name – Please input your First Name and Last Name (this is how your name will be displayed by the system).
 

Phone Number – Please fill out this field if applicable.
 

Email – Please use your issued email address (ex. John_Doe@abc.xyz.com). This email address is where your order confirmations will be sent. For Supervisors and above, you will also receive orders and registrations awaiting approval notifications to this email address.

Verify Email – Confirm your email address here
 

Visibility Level – Please select your product visibility level based on your job duties. (ex. If you only do installs, select 20 – Installation Tech).

Shipping Location – Please select use your local warehouse as the location that you would like your orders to ship too.
 

Supervisor – Please provide your Supervisor’s name.

Supervisor Email - Please provide your Supervisor’s email address. IMPORTANT!!!!! All orders go to your supervisor for approval.  Orders will not be submitted to the warehouse until they are approved by your supervisor.
