Today Verizon Wireless finally announced the addition of the Palm Treo 755p to its lineup, a device that Sprint has had available for over half of a year. Featuring a large 65k color TFT touchscreen with 320x320 pixel resolution and a QWERTY keyboard, the Treo 755p should be a great tool for the connected professional.

The Treo 755p features a 1.3 megapixel camera with video capture, as well as a microSD card slot with support for capacities up to 4GB for expanded memory. The 755p also features integrated Google Maps for convenient routing, and even has direct Google Maps support in the contacts application.

The Palm Treo 755p also supports Microsoft Direct Push technology so that you can get your email as quick as possible. The Treo 755p can also view and edit Office documents such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, and then email them off via Verizon's high-speed EV-DO data network.
